Crystal Care Guide

Crystal Care

Keep their light.

A crystal is a quiet companion. With a little care — cleansing, charging, and a few everyday habits — the piece you love today will still feel like yours years from now. Here is how to keep it close.

Cleansing and charging natural crystals under moonlight

Step One

Cleanse, gently

Your jewelry arrives pre-cleansed and ready to wear. To refresh it, rest the piece on a selenite plate or under soft moonlight for a few hours. A brief rinse with clean water is fine for most stones — then pat it dry.

Avoid soaking porous or raw stones, and keep pieces away from salt — it can dull a polished surface over time.

Step Two

Charge, with intention

Charging isn't required — but many of us love the ritual. Once a month, set your piece somewhere calm on a full moon, hold it for a moment, and set an intention. That's it.

There is no wrong way to do this. The point is a quiet minute that is yours. Some customers simply wipe their stones and wear them — and that is perfectly fine too.

Step Three

Wear it, protect it

Crystals are naturally beautiful and naturally delicate. Put your jewelry on after perfume, lotion and hairspray, and take it off before swimming, bathing or the gym.

Amethyst and rose quartz can soften in strong, direct sun — keep them in the pouch they arrived in when you are not wearing them.

For Your Companion

For the ones on four legs

Our crystal leather collars are made to be worn every day. Wipe the leather with a soft, slightly damp cloth and let it air-dry — never soak it. Check the fit and the hardware weekly, and keep it away from heavy rain.

If the leather ever feels dry, a tiny amount of neutral balm brings it back. Comfort and safety first: if it shows wear, it is time for a new one.

Questions, Answered

The questions we hear most

Can I wear my bracelet in the shower or pool?

We don't recommend it. Soap, chlorine and steam can dull the cord and the stones over time. Make it the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off.

How often should I cleanse my crystals?

Whenever the piece feels like it needs a reset — many customers do it around the full moon, about once a month. There is no rule.

Will the colour fade?

Amethyst and rose quartz can soften in prolonged, strong sunlight. Store them in the included pouch when not worn and they'll keep their depth for years.

Are your crystals real?

Always. We use genuine, natural gemstones — ethically sourced, hand-inspected, and never dyed or synthetic.

Can my pet wear the collar all day?

Yes. It's built for everyday wear — just check the fit and the hardware once a week, and keep it away from heavy rain and soaking.

How do I clean the leather collar?

A soft, slightly damp cloth, then air-dry. Avoid soaking and direct heat. A little neutral leather balm keeps it supple.

What if my bracelet breaks?

Cords can wear with love. Reach out and we'll help you re-string or replace it — see our 30-day policy and contact page.

Do crystals need to be charged?

Not at all. Charging is an optional ritual some people enjoy. Your piece works simply by being worn and loved.

Wear it. Care for it. Keep it.
